On Thursday, June 19, 2014 between 1:00 AM and 07:00 AM EDT, the datacenter operations team will perform a migration of the jupiter web server. During this maintenance, the main server will be gracefully shut down and moved to a newly configured rack. Upon completion, network connectivity and power to the unit will be restored. All data will be maintained.

While the datacenter operations team has scheduled a six-hour maintenance window, we anticipate less than 30 minutes of overall downtime for the server. The datacenter technicians have performed this maintenance several times in the past and have established a process to minimize the outage period during the move.

If you have any questions about this, please contact us for more information, or contact customer service through the ticketing system, or by phone at (260) 337-3386.

Sincerely,
Decker Services Administration
