What Info Is Collected

You can visit the site(s) and use many of my services without having to tell us who you are or reveal any personally identifiable information to me. It is only when you register to become a DeepList Community Member, use certain services, or enter contests, that you will be asked to provide me with personally identifiable information. If you are a registered DeepList Member, your personally identifiable registration information is also recorded alongside the anonymous information in my web server logs. So, once you register as a DeepList Forum Member, you are no longer anonymous to me. Decker Services makes use of personally identifiable information for three main purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain services, to personalize the content you see on my pages, and to tell you about special offers and new products and services. We also collect info about your Internet connection to use in the case of a discretion, we will collect your IP address and ISP (Internet Service Provider) info. Decker Services operates secure data networks protected by encrypted password protection. I have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your user data. Only certain administrators and staff members will have access to the information you provide us. We have access only for customer care, software maintenance, and membership analysis.
