With the creation of the Decker Services brand in 2010 and acquisition of our current warehouse facility in 2013, what Charles began as a small dot com company back in 1998 has slowly metamorphosed into what you see today. As company president, Charles oversees: plant operations, asset acquisition, product sales, and company finances.
Charlie Decker III
Facilities & Maintenance Manager
Charlie joined the Decker Services team in July of 2016. Assuming his job as the head of Facilities and Maintenance, Charlie takes on many roles from day to day overseeing facility upkeep, maintenance operations, and plant expansion. Charlie also assists with transportation services, asset management, and vehicle fleet maintenance.
Janitorial Service Director
Shannon joined our team as the lead of Janitorial Services with the acquisition of our new warehouse facility in October of 2013. Shannon is responsible for maintaining a clean and hazard-free working environment, as well as servicing the facilities and break rooms. When required, Shannon's role also spans into asset management and light maintenance.
Dalton joined the Decker Services team in January of 2017 as a part-time Logistics Specialist. Dalton assists with vehicle transportation and other hauling jobs for our customers. He also assists with large scale logistic operations in both asset acquisition and delivery of customer purchased equipment.
Groundskeeping & Security Supervisor
David joined the Decker Services team as part time Security in 2014. He was then brought on as full time Groundskeeper and Security Supervisor in April of 2016. David oversees groundskeeping operations, lawn maintenance, and snow removal. He also maintains his role as Plant Security Supervisor while providing in-house night and weekend security services.
